Third Annual San Tan Legacy Golf Scramble

San Tan Legacy is hosting the Third Annual San Tan Legacy Golf Scramble at Ocotillo. This event is vital to funding the needs of the club at large.  The cost of fields, equipment, lighting etc. has continued to increase. This tournament is designed to help the club support our athletes without passing those increased costs on in the form of increased dues. A golf scramble is fun for golfers of any level.  Your participation is absolutely critical.  We need you to extend the invitation to friends, families, and co-workers and put together a minimum of two foursomes per team.  The committees that are forming to provide prizes and other items for the different contests are working extremely hard to ensure the tournament is once again a memorable experience for everyone that participate

Ocotillo Tournament – Sunday, October 30^th,  12:00PM shotgun start

Early Registration (Before October 25^th)= $$375/foursome, $100 individuals

Late Registration (After October 25^th)= $400/foursome, $110 individuals

The tournament is counting on everyone’s participation – if you don’t golf, there are many other ways you can help! This is what we are asking of our Legacy families...

1. Each team get 2 foursomes to play at Ocotillo
2. Each family is asked to sell 10 raffle tickets at $5 each. Winners do not need to be present and we are working on getting some great raffle items – top prize will be valued at $500 or more! Unsold raffle tickets need to be returned (more info will be sent out by end of week regarding raffle tickets - prizes, when to pick up, etc)
3. We are looking for companies to donate items for prizes. Small donations such as key chains, pens, drink coolers, sun screen/lotion samples and other giveaways will be used for tee prizes. We would like 150 of the same item so that each player in the shotgun can have roughly the same goodie bag. If you can help in this area that would be great.
4. We are also looking for people who have connections to larger prize items. These items will be used for flight/event winners, silent auction and possibly raffle prizes. The type of items that would fall into this category - televisions, cameras, camcorders, GPS, vacation getaways, airfare, spa packages, massages, services, web site design, personal training, etc.      

As added incentives to your participation –

1. The team with the most foursomes will get a team party.
2. The team that sells the most raffle tickets will get a team party.
3. The individual player that sells the most raffle tickets will get a prize.
