Every event in the series will include a community discussion related to mental health as well as an experiential activity to build community and family connection and support. This Kickoff event will include a conversation about mental health needs and resources in our community as well as an opportunity to paint rocks with messages of hope for others to see . Mental health providers will also be present for further conversations with community members. All ages are welcome, and children and teens are encouraged to attend with a parent or caregiver. Free refreshments will also be provided.
