Athlete and guest registration is a 3 step process:

3. Come back to this page to sign your waivers (only needed once a year)

***DISCLAIMER: If you have had hardware placement/instrumentation in the past 12 months, or are less than one year post injury, you are ineligible to participate unless you show written consent from your physician.***

Step 3 -WAIVERS

We need everyone who is coming to the event to sign a Participation Waiver & Media Release; this includes Friends, Family Members & Caregivers.

NOTE: YOU ONLY NEED TO SIGN THE WAIVERS ONCE PER CALENDAR YEAR!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Starting with the Fishing Tournament on Friday 3/22. Follow this link to see what the calendar is for this year and get signed up! Volunteer Training is 4/20. (You don't have to have training to help on the 22nd for the fishing tournament.  You can even sign up for the tournament if you want as a participant - it's just a fun day and fun way for Arizona Adaptive Watersports to make some $$$.
