Starting Wednesday, February 12th, weekly TRE group will be run from 5-6 pm at our Cactus Flower Healing location, in the wellness room upstairs (1220 S. Alma School Rd. Ste. 204 Mesa AZ 85210). This group coordinates tension releasing exercises to support movement of stored tension and trauma in the body - led by one of our therapists and a trained TRE facilitator!
