This Months Tuesday Talks is all about Parental Mental Health, because we as parents cannot fully support our children's mental health needs if we do not support our own.

Sarah Hernandez, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Treasurer of Semicolon Society, will be providing an inspiring and real guide to recognizing and building parental mental health, and Spitz Mediterranean will be providing dinner!

The entire event is free, but registration is highly recommended due to space.
